Why 'Open to All Therapy'?
I chose the name Open To All Therapy as I aim is to offer counselling that is open, compassionate and inclusive. Ultimately I hope I can create an environment where you can feel like you can bring your whole self.
I understand that our culture, environment and background can often shape our views and beliefs. My role is to try and understand your personal experience of the world and work alongside you to work through any issues you're facing. I will listen to you with compassion and without judgement.
While I strive to work in a way that is fair and inclusive, I also recognise the limits of my knowledge and the practical limitations of the spaces I work from. If I believe another therapist or service would be better placed to support you, I will always be open about this and help you explore your best options.
I work in line with the ethical principles of the BACP and Equality Act 2010. If you have any access requirements or adjustments, I will be happy to discuss these with you.
To help make therapy more accessible, I hold a small number of concessionary places. If cost is a barrier and you would like to be considered for low-cost therapy, please let me know when you get in touch.

Mission
